Because every Vārda Grāmata is composed by hand for a single name, each book is a personalised product and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

If your book arrives damaged in the post, or if there is a printing error on our part, we will replace it at no cost. Write to us at fromliepa@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and your order number.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
